Three companies recently signed leases for office space at Circle Point Corporate Center:
Swisslog Healthcare Solutions, a provider of pneumatic tube systems for hospitals, leased 29,731 square feet in Circle Point 2, 11080 Circle Point Rd., for its global headquarters. Epsilon, a global marketing company, leased 68,155 square feet of office space in Circle Point 1, 11030 Circle Point Rd., Steve Billigmeier and Todd Wheeler, Cushman & Wakefield, represented Epsilon in the transaction.
United Fire & Casualty Company leased 16,312 square feet of office space in Circle Point 1, according to BusinessDen. Tom Crosby, Lowery Burnett and Justin Rayburn, Avison & Young, represented the tenant.
Dan Beer and Todd Wheeler, Cushman & Wakefield, represented the building owner, Northridge Capital, in all three transactions.
