Westminster’s Office of Economic Development added a sustainability page for businesses on its website. It has information available for businesses on how to save money through energy conservation, water conservation and waste management.
As Westminster defines it, sustainability integrates economic, community and environmental issues, which results in a city where people want to live, work, play visit, and do business.
The City also launched their new sustainability website. The website is intended to be a resource for residents on the full range of sustainability issues. Information on a variety of programs is provided including energy, water, waste and transportation.
Over time, more content will be added as the city takes further steps towards sustainability.
