At the City Council Public Hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 10, Council voted 5-2 to approve the application for the Preliminary Development Plan (PDP), the Official Development Plan (ODP) and the comprehensive plan amendment at the St. Mark Village property.
The six acre St. Mark Village property, owned by 3100 W. 97th Avenue LLLP, is located at the northwest corner of Federal Boulevard and 97th Avenue, immediately northwest of the Wishbone restaurant.
St. Charles Town Company will be developing a multi-family residential project for this site, consisting of 216 one-, two-, and three-bedroom affordable rental apartments. The apartments shall be arranged in seven three-story buildings with a one-story clubhouse and a pool.
