F.LIST, an Austrian-based aviation company, is expanding its U.S. operations by establishing a new HQ’s and production facility in Westminster. F.LIST Colorado LLC will serve its North American customer base and will manufacturer high-end aircraft interiors for corporate and private jets.
F.LIST recently leased industrial space at 6424 West 91st Avenue in Westminster, strategically chosen for its close proximity to the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (RMMA), and home of Pilatus Business Aircraft, one of F.LIST’s largest partners. The company’s new state-of-the-art facility will house its production and assembly operations.
The project will initially create an estimated ten high-pay jobs and bring over $500,000 in capital investment to the city. A potential phase-II expansion could bring over 50 HQ’s jobs to Westminster within the next couple of years.
F.LIST GMBH, headquartered in Lower Austria, has over 800 employees in around the world in Brazil, Canada, Germany and the UAE.
Westminster, in partnership with Jeffco EDC and OEDIT, has been working with F.LIST on the expansion project.
