Origin Westminster, a 94,000 square foot, five-story boutique hotel opened in Downtown Westminster in early Spring. The $22 million hotel, located at 8875 Westminster Boulevard, features conference and event space, a state-of-the-art fitness center and on-site restaurant, Famille.
Additionally, the Tattered Cover Book Store, one of America’s premier indie bookstores will be located on the first floor of the hotel, adding to the already unique and vibrant corner in Downtown Westminster, shared by the Alamo Drafthouse Theater.
The hotel was developed by Thrash Development Group, based out of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The Thrash Group owns and operates the Red Rocks Hotel in Golden, and has purchased and/or developed over one billion dollars’ worth of properties in 13 states across the U.S.
