August of 2023. Shannon previously worked with the Department of Local Affairs and comes to the city with over 30 years of experience in the affordable housing arena. She has provided Asset Management throughout the State of Colorado to affordable housing providers. Currently, she works assisting with the compliance of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs, such as the Emergency and Essential Home Repair (EEHR) and the Housing LIFT programs. She also works with local housing authorities and non-profit partners to address the growing need in our city for affordable housing. Shannon has also been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2003 and enjoys working with families in purchasing and selling their homes.
